The University of Derby has expanded its partnership with Chesterfield FC, bringing industry-focused degree programmes to students in Chesterfield through Clearing. The collaboration offers courses spanning business, marketing, sport therapy and nutrition, with students based at the University's St Helena campus in Chesterfield.
Degrees on offer
Three undergraduate honours degrees are available:
Business Management & Marketing BA (Hons), Sport Therapy & Rehabilitation BSc (Hons), and Sports Nutrition & Health BSc (Hons).

Students benefit from guaranteed work experience opportunities at the SMH Group Stadium. The partnership connects academic learning with real-world practice, giving students access to placements, behind-the-scenes insight, and potential career routes within the club's operations.
