Chesterfield FC's EFL Trophy group stage fixtures have been confirmed. Manager Paul Cook's side will compete in Northern Section Group D alongside Manchester City U21, Port Vale and Mansfield Town.
Fixture Schedule
The Spireites begin their campaign on Tuesday, September 15 when Manchester City U21 visit the SMH Group Stadium for a 7pm kick-off.
Port Vale travel to North Derbyshire the following week on Tuesday, September 22, also kicking off at 7pm.
The group stage concludes with an away fixture against Mansfield Town at the One Call Stadium on Tuesday, November 10 at 7pm.
