Chesterfield FC will hold its annual Celebration Evening this Friday, 14 August, in the Memorial Garden. The event remembers players, officials, fans and community members lost since the start of last season.
Legacy Badges and Certificates
The club will issue Legacy Badges and debut certificates to families of former players who have passed away. This year the presentations will include Fred and Tommy Capel.
Chesterfield FC is asking anyone who knows of families of former players who have not yet received their Legacy Badges to contact Peter Whiteley at peterwhiteley@chesterfield-fc.co.uk.
When and Where
The event starts at 6.30pm. Installations on the concourses will be open from 6pm until after the event closes. Everyone is welcome to attend.
